2012 ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN FALL WINTER
The new Miu Miu campaign, shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, is a gallery of portraits with a seductive, provocative attitude. Actress Chloë Sevigny, who previously starred in the 1996 Spring/Summer campaign, impersonates a well-defined character, who vaguely yet perceptibly hints at psychedelic hedonism scenarios.
A thread of subtle irony runs through all the images.
La nouvelle campagne de Miu Miu, tourné par Mert Alas et Marcus Piggott, est une galerie de portraits avec de séduisantes attitude de provocatrice. L’ actrice Chloë Sevigny, qui fut déjà vedette de la campagne printemps / été 1996, emprunte l’identité d’un personnage bien défini, qui semble laisser paraître des allusions à des scénarios hédonisme psychédéliques.
Une succession d’ironie subtile traverse toutes les images.

American actress Jessica Chastain drips in purple paint for Yves Saint Laurent’s campaign for the new fragrance, Manifesto, an expression of femininity and elegant simplicity. Manifesto will launch in France this September, in the rest of Europe by the end of the year, and finally in the US in early 2013.
As mentioned recently, we can rest assured that perfumes are in fact among the brand’s products that will keep the iconic YSL logo.
